摘 要:心理弹性理论认为发展心理弹性是个体心理健康的重要保障。为进一步提升高职学生心理健康教育效果,从“心理健康教育”课程建设角度,认为在课程理念上要改善个体心理弹性以做到未雨绸缪,课程体系上要更新固有模式以丰富学生个体体验并挖掘其潜能,课程师资上要优化师资队伍以创设课堂内外的保护性环境因素。The theory of mental resilience suggests that the development of mental resilience is the fundamental guarantee of individual mental health.In order to further improve the effect of mental health education for higher vocational college students,the following approaches are proposed from the perspective of the course construction based on the existing problems:In terms of curriculum concept,it is necessary to improve the individual's mental resilience so as to take precautions as preventive treatment of disease;in terms of curriculum system,it is necessary to update the inherent model so as to enrich the individual's positive experience and tap the potential;in terms of teachers,it is necessary to optimize the construction of teaching resource so as to create protective environmental factors inside and outside the classroom.
