摘 要:目的探讨文献报告会教学法在研究生科研能力培养中的作用、实施方案及评价方法。方法通过在河南中医药大学中医妇科学研究生中开展文献报告会教学,研究其对研究生科研能力的影响。同时在中医专业研究生中进行文献报告会的问卷调查研究,分析学习态度、课堂表现、科研能力、师生关系、学生评教5个维度间及其与科研能力培养之间的相关性。结果文献报告会前后,中医妇科研究生文献阅读、创造性科研思维等能力显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果表明,自变量学习态度和课堂表现对因变量科研能力、师生关系及学生评教均存在显著正向影响。结论文献报告会教学法是培养研究生科研能力的有效方法,应在研究生教学中广泛应用。Objective To explore the function, implementation plan and evaluation method of Journal club in the cultivation of graduate students’ scientific research ability. Methods Through the teaching of Journal club in the postgraduates of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, the influence on the postgraduates’ scientific research ability was studied. At the same time, the questionnaire research of Journal club was carried out in the graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze the five dimensions of learning attitude, classroom performance, scientific research ability, teacher-student relationship, students’ evaluation of teaching and the correlation between them and the cultivation of scientific research ability. Results Before and after Journal club, the ability of literature reading and creative scientific research thinking of TCM gynecology postgraduates was significantly improved, with a statistically significant difference(P <0.05). The results show that the independent learning attitude and classroom performance have significant positive effects on the dependent research ability, teacher-student relationship and students’ evaluation of teaching. Conclusion The teaching method of Journal club is an effective way to cultivate the scientific research ability of postgraduates, which should be widely used in the teaching of postgraduates.
