6S管理对医院煎药中心实习带教管理的指导作用

摘　　要：医院煎药中心为临床科室提供中药汤剂的煎煮服务。煎药中心日常工作的工序、流程较多、繁琐,工作环境温度高、湿度大,煎煮、汤剂包装设备均经过高温加热,硬件设备设施有特殊性;煎药操作工序繁多,对工作经验有一定的技术要求。因此日常实习带教工作中,除了把相关专业技能传授给实习生,更重要的是关注学生的工作安全、人员流动去向、是否规范操作等。引入6S管理对日常带教工作有更精益化的作用,可以提升带教工作的整体效能。The decoction center of the hospital provides the decoction service of Chinese medicine decoction for the clinical department. The daily work process of the decoction center is cumbersome and the working environment is high in temperature and humidity.The decoction packaging equipment should be heated at high temperatures, and the hardware equipment and facilities are special.There are many procedures for decoction and there are technical requirements for work experience. Therefore, in the daily internship and teaching work, in addition to imparting relevant professional skills to interns, it is more important to pay attention to the students’ work safety, the flow of personnel, and whether the operation is standardized. The introduction of 6 S management has a more lean effect on daily teaching work, which can enhance the overall effectiveness of teaching work.
