摘　　要：近年来,国家持续深化职业教育和高等教育改革,推动产教深度融合。产教融合背景下,校地互动是一种新的培养模式,是应用型大学的重要特色之一。该文从产教融合现存问题、长效管理机制构建、长效管理机制建设的意义等方面出发,探讨基于产教融合的校地互动长效管理机制改革,提出基于产教融合的校地互动长效管理机制理念,对于应用型人才培养和一流应用型大学建设具有较高的参考价值。In recent years, the State has continued to deepen the reform of vocational education and higher education, and promote the deep integration of production and education. Under the background of the integration of production and education,the interaction between universities and local places is a new training model and one of the important characteristics of application-oriented universities. This paper discusses the reform of the long-effect management mechanism of interaction between universities and local places based on the integration of production and education from the existing problems in the integration of production and education, the construction of a longeffect management mechanism, and the significance of the construction of a long-effect management mechanism, in order to provide reference for the training of application-oriented talents and the construction of first-class universities.
