摘　　要：百万扩招背景下,扩招学生呈现新的学情,教学管理面临新的挑战。新的时代背景下,探讨学分制教学管理改革极具理论和实践意义。完全学分制需要对学籍制、弹性学制、学分积累与转换、选课制、导师制、招生考试制度等方面进行改革。想要实现高质量扩招、提升人才培养质量,高职院校可以从建立健全学分制制度、完善内部质量保障体系以及做好"三教"改革、顶层设计等方面精准施策。The enrolled students present new learning situation and teaching management is facing new challenges against the background of million enrollment expansion. In the new era, it is of great theoretical and practical value to discuss the reform of teaching management based on the credit system. The complete credit system needs to reform the student status system, the flexible educational system, the accretion and transformation of credits, the course selection system, the tutorial system, and the school enrollment and examination system, etc. To achieve highquality enrollment expansion and improve the quality of talent training, higher vocational colleges can take targeted measures from aspects like the improvement of the credit system, the guarantee system of internal quality, the reform of teaching personnel, materials and methods, and the implementation of toplevel design.
