摘 要:直播教学突破了老年学校教育的围墙,成为开展老年社会教育的重要方式。上海开展老年教育直播教学,扩大了老年教育的覆盖面,整合了不同行业的参与主体,提高了老年教育的社会影响力。但是,老年教育直播教学的内容与老年群体的需求匹配度不够,直播教学后的学习支持缺失,直播平台的使用不够便捷,这些是亟待解决的问题。建议建设具有引领性和时代感的教学内容,建设与直播课程相关联的虚拟学习空间,充分利用终身教育体系宣传直播课程,加强针对老年群体信息化素养能力的培训,以进一步扩大直播教学的受众面。Live teaching breaks through the fence of school education for the elderly and has become an effective way to carry out social education for the elderly.Shanghai has carried out live teaching of elderly education,expanded the coverage of elderly education,integrated participants in different industries,and improved the social influence of elderly education.However,the content of live teaching of elderly education does not meet the need of the elderly,learning support after live teaching is lack,and the use of live platform is not convenient.These are urgent problems to be solved.It is suggested to build a leading and contemporary teaching content,build a virtual learning space associated with live courses,make full use of the lifelong education system for live teaching publicity,and strengthen the training of information literacy ability for the elderly groups,to further expand the audience of live teaching.
