摘 要:河流中的有机碳主要来自陆源输入和水体生产,其中某些难降解组分在物理结构作用下,可存储上百年之久。现在研究河流陆源有机物来源的常用方法有整体标志法和生物分子标志物法。鉴于降解等作用的干扰,相比于单独采用一种生物标志物,多种生物标志物联合示踪陆源有机物所得信息将更准确。本文从陆源有机物的示踪的研究意义、研究进展、待解决问题三方面来探讨陆源有机物的迁移问题。The organic carbon in rivers mainly comes from land source input and water body production.Some of the refractory components can be stored for hundreds of years under the action of physical structure.At present,the commonly used methods for studying the sources of terrestrial organic matter in rivers are the integral marker method and the biomolecular marker method.In view of the interference of degradation and other effects,compared to using a single biomarker,the information obtained by combining multiple biomarkers to trace terrestrial organic matter will be more accurate.The migration of terrestrial organic matter was discussed from three aspects:the research significance,research progress,and the problems to be solved in the tracing of terrestrial organic matter.
