中药功效中的隐喻现象及缺陷分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药功效作用及运用中的隐喻现象、发生机制及其表述与临床指导方面的缺陷。方法:从隐喻结构及思维的方向,结合相关例证,对其如何在中药功效语言文字表达及临床指导理论中起作用做分析。结果:隐喻对中药功效的描述及临床指导理论都产生了重要作用,但因其本身的局限性及过度推演之弊端,其论述及临床指导均有不足之处。结论:应对中药中的隐喻现象辨证看待,以更好地指导治疗。Objective:To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and its metaphorical phenomena,mechanism of occurrence and defects in its expression and clinical guidance.Method:From the perspective of metaphor structure and thinking,combined with relevant examples,analyze how it plays a role in the language expression of the efficacy of Chinese medicine and clinical guidance theory.Results:Metaphor has played an important role in the description of the efficacy of Chinese medicine and clinical guidance theories,but due to its own limitations and excessive deduction,its discussion and clinical guidance are inadequate.Conclusion:The metaphors in traditional Chinese medicine should be treated dialectically to better guide treatment.
