摘 要:高速铁路穿越戈壁风区,铁路运营安全及运营效率面临严峻挑战,需要通过设置防风工程来保证铁路的正常运营。以兰新高铁防风工程为例,根据铁路通过风速高、大风频次高、干旱缺水、温差大的戈壁风区,分析防风工程设计需解决的问题,探讨戈壁风区防风标准选择、铁路选线、防风工程设置及防风结构设计的思路,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。研究表明,防风标准的确定需综合考虑列车合理的停轮与限速天数,设置防风工程后,兰新高铁列车限速天数控制在全年的10%左右、列车停轮与限速的环境风速限值提高10~20 m/s较合适;基于地形、风力、大风频次及灾害程度等因素进行“防风工程分区”,综合考虑防风能力均衡性及防风结构过渡协调性,采取不同的防风措施,可为防风工程设置提供依据;戈壁大风区铁路宜远离风口,线路顺直且与风向夹角小,工程少设高桥、多低填方,戈壁漫流区需同时考虑防风与排水;选择合理的挡风结构位置、高度及挡风屏透风率,采用适合戈壁风区环境施工的拼装化防风结构,是防风工程设计的重点与难点。High speed railway passes through Gobi windy area,and railway operation safety and efficiency are facing severe challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to install windproof works to ensure the normal operation of railway.Taking the windproof works of Lanzhou-Urumqi HSR as an example,as the railway passes through the Gobi windy area characterized by high wind speed,high wind frequency,drought and water shortage,and large temperature difference,etc.,this paper analyzes the problems to be solved in the design of windproof works and discusses the thought of windproof standard selection,railway location,windproof works installation and windproof structure design in Gobi windy area,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.The research shows that the reasonable number of days for train stop and speed restriction shall be comprehensively considered for the determination of the windproof standard.After installation of windproof works,it is appropriate to control the number of days for train speed restriction on Lanzhou-Urumqi HSR to about 10%of the whole year and increase the limit value of wind speed for train stop and speed restriction by 10 to 20 m/s;based on factors such as terrain,wind power,high wind frequency and disaster degree,“windproof works zoning”shall be implemented,the balance of windproof capacity and transition coordination of windproof structure shall be comprehensively considered,and different windproof measures shall be taken to provide basis for the installation of windproof works;the railway in Gobi windy area shall be far away from the wind gap,the track shall be straight and have a small angle with the wind direction,there shall be less high bridges and more low fills,and wind prevention and drainage shall be considered simultaneously in Gobi overflow area;choosing reasonable position and height of wind shield structure and air permeability of wind shield as well as adopting assembled wind shield structure suitable for the construction in Gobi windy area are the key and diffi
