摘 要:目的探讨问题的教学法(PBL)联合病例导入式教学法(CBS)在医学影像诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选择本院2018级临床医学专业本科班学生作为研究对象,共计4个班199名学生。以班级进行分组,其中1班与2班98名学生为研究组,3班与4班101名学生为对照组。对照组采取传统教师讲授模式进行医学影像诊断教学,研究组采取PBL联合CBS教学模式进行医学影像诊断教学。对比两组学生理论考核与读片技能考核的评分,以及对于本次教学的满意度。结果研究组学生理论考核与读片技能考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组学生对本次教学的满意率97.96%高于对照组89.11%(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBS教学可以有效强化医学影像诊断教学质量,提高学生对于教学的满意度。Objective To explore the application of PBL combined with CBS in the teaching of medical imaging diagnosis.Methods A total of 199 students from 4 classes were selected as the subjects of study.The study group consisted of 98 students from class 1 and class 2 and 101 students from class 3 and class 4 in the control group, traditional teaching mode was adopted to teach medical imaging diagnostics, while in the study group, PBL combined with CBS was adopted to teach medical imaging diagnostics. Results The scores of theoretical assessment and film reading skill assessment in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.96%, higher than that of the control group 89.11% (P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with CBS can effectively improve the teaching quality of medical imaging diagnosis and the students' satisfaction with teaching.
