摘　　要：为适应新时代高等教育管理改革的需要,更好的引领当代大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,通过选拔专业知识能力出众、道德品德端正的一线专业教师担任高等学校兼职班主任工作,对在校大学生进行思想政治教育、学习及生活指导是当今高校教育教学管理改革探索的新模式和新方法。我国临床医学本科专业教育一般为五年制教育,高年级临床医学本科生不同于低年级医学生,具有自身的特点,高年级医学生即将进入临床实习、迈向工作岗位这一全新学习阶段,面临升学考研、就业等多方面压力,如何引领学生高质量完成学业,为建设“健康中国”、建设全面小康社会输送高素质、全方位合格医学人才,是每一位高等教育工作者义不容辞的使命。文章从高等医学院校兼职班主任的工作实践出发,为切实改进和提升高年级临床医学本科生思想政治教育工作提出实际可行的意见,旨在促进高年级临床医学本科生兼职班主任更好的开展。In order to lead students to establish a right outlook on world,life and values,meet the needs of higher education management reform in the new era,it is a new model of management exploration to conduct students ideological and political,study and life in college education,part-time class teachers are selected from professional teachers with outstanding professional knowledge and good moral character.The undergraduate education of clinical medicine in China is generally five years,senior clinical undergraduate medical students are different from the junior medical students and have their own characteristics.Senior clinical undergraduate medical students are going to enter clinical practice and move towards to work positions,they are under the pressure of postgraduate entrance examination and employment.How to lead the students to complete their studies with high quality and provide high-quality and all-round qualified medical talents for building a"healthy China"and a well-off society in an all-round way is the unshirkable mission of every higher education worker.Based on the work practice of part-time head teachers in medical colleges and universities,this paper puts forward practical suggestions to improve and enhance the ideological and political education of senior clinical medical undergraduates,aiming to promote the better development of part-time class teachers of senior clinical medical undergraduates.
