摘  要:《以标准评估中国教育系统绩效》(Benchmarking the Performance of China’s Education System)(以下简称《报告》)是OECD在2020年出版的最新报告,主要援引PISA2018数据,从学习环境、课程和教学、教育成果、教育治理4个关键维度14个关键指标全景呈现中国教育系统的现实表现,并与国际上的高绩效教育系统国家进行对比分析。通过对《报告》中关于教育系统绩效评估框架和重要发现2部分内容进行解读和分析,呈现中国教育系统的优势和改进空间,进而提出加强教育数据建设、推进资源合理配置、创新教学和学习方法、适度提高学校自主性水平等建议。Benchmarking the Performance of China’s Education System(hereinafter referred to as"the report")is the latest report published by OECD in 2020,mainly citing the data of PISA2018.This report presents the realistic performance of China’s education system from 14 key indicators in four key dimensions of learning environment,curriculum and teaching,educational outcomes and educational governance,and makes a comparative analysis with international high performance education systems.By interpreting and analyzing the educational system performance evaluation framework and key findings of the report,this paper presents the advantages and improvement of our education system,puts forward to strengthen the construction of education data,promotes the resources reasonable configuration,the innovate teaching and learning methods,moderately improves the level of school autonomy.It is helpful for Chinese scholars to construct a scientific educational performance evaluation index system,deeply understand the similarities and differences between China and other high performance education systems at the educational system level,and then provide realistic basis and theoretical reference for the improvement and promotion of basic education quality in China.
