摘　　要：朋辈心理辅导在高校心理健康教育中具有重要的作用。作为朋辈心理辅导工作的实施者,其选拔和培养显得尤为重要。目前的朋辈心理辅导员选拔和培训存在一定问题,要结合心理健康工作内容、朋辈心理辅导员的胜任力特征,制订朋辈心理辅导员的选拔和培养方案,从而培养有胜任力的朋辈心理辅导员。Peer psychological counseling plays an important role in mental health education in colleges and universities.As the practitioner of peer psychological counseling,the selection and cultivation of peer assistants are particularly important.Since there are some problems in the selection and cultivation of peer psychological assistants,it is necessary to formulate a selection and cultivation scheme for peer psychological counseling in accordance with the content of mental health work and the competence characteristics of peer assistants,so as to cultivate competent peer psychological assistants.
