基于专业群的职业院校创新创业协同育人机制研究

摘　　要：数字经济时代下,我国市场经济体制建设日臻深化,人才的战略地位愈加突出,成为了现代企业可持续发展的核心资本。创新创业作为国家层面的重大战略部署,亦是紧密关联学生个体成长成就,是其应对激烈就业挑战的有效路径,创新创业“跨界教育”的本质特性,与专业群的深度融合势在必行。本文基于对专业群及创新创业等核心概念的释读,分析了职业院校创新创业育人工作现状,围绕内生动力、师资队伍、课程体系、孵化平台等主要方面对专业群创新创业协同育人机制进行了研究并给出建议对策。Innovation and entrepreneurship,as a major strategic deployment at the national level,is closely related to the individual growth achievements and it is an effective way for college graduates to cope with the fierce employment challenges.The innovation and entrepreneurship and its deep integration with professional groups are imperative.The paper analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges based on the interpretation of the core concepts such as professional group and innovation and entrepreneurship.The author of the paper studies the collaborative education mechanism of professional group innovation and entrepreneurship on the basis of internal motivation,teachers,curriculum system,incubation platform and other main aspects and gives some suggestions and rmeasures.
