摘  要:高速铁路渡线连续梁一般支架现浇施工,对于山区高墩、深水桥梁、软土地基或跨越道路上的渡线连续梁,支架现浇施工都存在较大困难,甚至不具备搭设支架条件。采用预制架设、先简支后连续施工方案,借鉴了简支梁预制架设的优点,既符合现场施工条件,较好地解决了搭设支架施工存在的难题。以福厦高铁桥福清西站渡线道岔梁为背景,对预应力混凝土连续梁先简支后连续施工方案的结构受力、后期徐变和施工方案等进行分析,结果表明:(1)高速铁路渡线区道岔连续梁采用预制架设、先简支后连续的施工方案经济合理、技术可行,特别是不宜设置支架现浇施工时,该方案技术优势明显;(2)先简支后连续结构体系受力合理,后期徐变小,满足无缝道岔变形要求;(3)单箱双室箱梁结构不设置跨中横隔梁时,跨中变形满足无缝渡线道岔受力要求。The continuous beam support of high-speed railway crossover is generally cast-in-situ.For high piers bridges in mountainous areas,deep-water bridges,continuous beams in soft soil foundations or crossing roads,the cast-in-situ construction of supports is difficult or even unqualified.The construction scheme of prefabrication and erection with simple support first and then continuous support is adopted,which draws lessons from the advantages of simply supported beam prefabrication and erection.It not only meets the on-site construction conditions,but also solves the problems existing in the construction of erection support.Taking the turnout beam of Fuqing West Station of Fuzhou-Xiamen High Speed Railway Bridges as the background,the structural stress,later creep and construction scheme of the construction scheme of simple support first and then continuous prestressed concrete continuous beam are analyzed.The results show that:(1)The construction scheme of prefabricated erection with simple support first and then continuous support for turnout continuous beam in the crossover area of high-speed railway is economical,reasonable and technically feasible,especially when it is not suitable to set support for cast-in-situ construction,the scheme has obvious technical advantages;(2)The stress of the simple support first and then continuous structural system is reasonable,and the creep in the later stage is small,which meets the deformation requirements of seamless turnout;(3)When the single box double chamber box girder structure is not provided with mid span diaphragm,the mid span deformation meets the stress requirements of seamless crossover turnout.
