摘 要:单轮对多功能试验台是模拟动车组在不同工况下的动态响应的重要设备,液压激振伺服系统是其重要的组成部分,其控制方式将会直接影响实验测试结果的精度。为此,建立单轮对多功能试验台的液压激振伺服系统的数学模型,设计自适应模糊PID控制器,并利用AMESim/Simulink建立协同仿真模型,通过联合仿真接口模块,详细讨论外部负载和流量对系统系统控制效果特性的影响;最后,通过实验进行比对分析。结果表明:采用自适应模糊PID控制策略后,响应速度提升75%,超调量减少77%,系统的响应速度、跟随性和鲁棒性得到明显的提升;CRH2拖车的IAP最大,其大小达到18%,随着车体轮对质量的增加,输出曲线误差会随之增大;同时发现,输入流量的大小会对系统的启动瞬间产生较大的影响。The single wheel-set multifunctional test-bed is an important equipment to simulate the dynamic response of EMU under different working conditions.While this test-bed has an important part,the hydraulic excitation servo system,its control mode will directly affect the accuracy of the test results.In this study,the mathematical model of the hydraulic vibration servo system of the single wheel set multi-function test-bed is established,the adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed,and the collaborative simulation model is established by AMESim/Simulink.Through the joint simulation interface module,the influence of external load and flow on the control effect characteristics of the system is discussed in detail.Finally,the comparative analysis is carried out through experiments.The results show that:after adopting the adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy,the response speed is increased by 75%,the overshoot is reduced by 77%,and the system response speed,following performance and robustness are significantly improved;the IAP of CRH2 trailer reaches the largest value of 18%,and the output curve error will increase with the increase of the wheel set mass;at the same time,it is found that the input flow has a great influence on the system performance at the moment of starting.
