摘　　要：新中国成立后,在中国共产党的领导下,中国残疾人教育事业在短短70年里取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。之所以能取得如此伟大成就的重要原因和成功经验是:中国共产党坚持以人民为中心的发展理念,始终把人民利益摆在至高无上的地位,把人民对美好生活的向往作为奋斗目标,重视发展特殊教育,坚持育人为本,公平优先,不断深化教育体制改革,建立服务人民的社会主义教育制度,完善保障机制,从而有效保障了广大残疾人的平等受教育权利,促进残疾人全面发展,从根本上通过教育彻底改变了广大残疾人的命运,使他们和全国人民一道过上共同富裕、全面小康的幸福生活。After the founding of New China,under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,the education cause of disabled people in China has made great achievements in just over 70 years.The important reasons and successful experiences for such great achievements are:the Chinese Communist Party adheres to the people-centered development concept,always puts the interests of the people in the supreme position,takes the people’s yearning for a better life as the goal,attaches great importance to the development of special education,adheres to the concept of educating people first and giving priority to fairness,continues to deepen reform of education system,builds the socialist education system of serving the people,and perfects the guarantee mechanism.Thus,it effectively guarantees the equal right of the majority of disabled people to receive education,promotes their all-round development,fundamentally changes the fate of the majority of disabled people through education,and promotes them to live a happy life of common prosperity and all-round prosperity together with the rest of the country.
