OBE理念下普通高校“太极拳+团体操”一体化教学模式研究

摘　　要：基于OBE教育理念,将太极拳课堂教学与课外团体操表演训练相融合,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学模式、课程考核以及达成度评价等方面进行改革,突出以学生为中心,注重学校体育与健康教育的有机结合,以提高学生学习兴趣和学科核心素养,培养学生团队协作能力、竞争意识,以及修心防身、强身健体的社会适应能力,有效提升教学效果。Based on the OBE education concept,the classroom teaching of Taijiquan is integrated with after-curricular group performance training.From the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching modes,curriculum assessment and achievement evaluation of the reform,the teaching should highlight the student-centered one,pay attention to the organic combination of school physical education and health education in order to improve students’interest in learning quality and subject core quality,cultivate students’teamwork ability,competition awareness,as well as the social adaptation ability of mind and body fitness,and effectively improve the teaching effect.
