线上教学助推高校教学名师培育

摘　　要：近年来,高校大规模开展线上教学,总结线上教学在评价指标设计、线上教学方式选择、课前任务布置、课堂活动、课后作业、章节测试、在线讨论,以及PBL项目化教学等方面的实操经验,提出明确教师教学能力核心地位;重视实践教学;教学理念融入教学中;发挥教育对价值的引导作用;重视教学内容;坚持社会主义核心价值观等路径,以此助推高校教学名师培育。Recently,colleges and universities have carried out online teaching on a large scale.This paper summarizes the practical experience of online teaching in evaluation index design,online teaching method selection,pre-class task arrangement,classroom activities,homework,chapter tests,online discussion and PBL project-based teaching,and proposes to clarify the core status of teachers’teaching ability;attach importance to practical teaching;integrate teaching concepts into teaching;play the guiding role of education on value;attach importance to teaching content;adhere to the socialist core values and other paths,so as to promote the cultivation of famous teachers in colleges and universities.
