摘 要:文章提出了一种基于连续集模型预测控制的永磁同步直线电机位置控制的方法,以提高永磁同步直线电机位置控制的动态响应性能和稳态精度。传统的级联型三闭环位置控制系统使用PI控制器,虽具有应用简单、适用性强的优点,但是动态响应和稳态精度却受到制约。本文详细阐述了MPC的控制原理和设计方法,在Matlab/Simulink下搭建了相应模型进行仿真验证。仿真表明,模型预测控制具有良好的动态性能和稳态精度。In this paper,a position control method of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on continuous set model predictive control was proposed to improve the dynamic response performance and steady-state accuracy of position control of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor.Traditional cascade three closed loop position control system uses PI controller,although it has the advantages of simple application and strong applicability,but the dynamic response and steady-state accuracy were restricted.This paper described the control principle and design method of MPC in detail,and built the corresponding model in Matlab/Simulink for simulation verification.Simulation results show that the model predictive control has a better dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy,and the stability of model predictive control is analyzed in this paper.
