摘 要:目的调查四川省高校大学本科男护生的职业认同现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选择四川省内4所普通高校408名全日制护理学专业大学本科男护生为研究对象,采用《护生职业认同问卷》《护生生涯自我效能问卷》进行调查。结果研究对象职业认同平均得分为(52.7±9.8)分,生涯自我效能平均得分为(86.0±10.2)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,第一志愿报考护理专业、有专业兴趣、父母支持就读护理专业的大学本科男护生职业认同分别高于非第一志愿报考护理专业、无专业兴趣、父母不支持就读护理专业者(P值均<0.05),生涯自我效能越高者其职业认同越高(P<0.01)。结论四川省高校大学本科男护生的护理专业志愿填报、对专业的兴趣、生涯自我效能及其父母对就读护理专业的支持均影响其职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the status of professional identity of undergraduate nursing male students in colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A total of 408 full-time nursing male students from four universities in Sichuan Province was selected as research subjects using a convenience sampling method. The Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students and Career Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Nurse Students were used for investigation. Results The average professional identity score of these subjects was(52.7±9.8), and their career self-efficacy average score was(86.0±10.2). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the professional identity scores of nursing male students who applied for nursing major as the first enrollment, had professional interest and supports of their parents were higher than those students without the above three items(all P<0.05). The higher the career self-efficacy score, the higher the professional identity(P<0.01). Conclusion The professional identity of nursing male students in Sichuan universities were affected by their volunteer nursing professional application, interest in the major, career self-efficacy and their parents′ support to the nursing major.
