摘 要:建立简单、快速的菜籽油掺伪泔水油的鉴别方法。基于三维荧光光谱技术对菜籽油掺杂泔水油进行了检测,分析了不同比例掺杂油的等高线光谱图。研究发现,等高线光谱范围随着掺杂比例的增加逐渐缩小,最后都趋向于泔水油,对应的激发范围、发射范围和荧光强度也会发生相应变化。结果表明,采用三维荧光光谱技术对菜籽油掺伪泔水油的检测是可行的。To establish a simple,fast distinguish method for rapeseed oil adulterated swill oil.Rapeseed oil adulterated swill oil was detected based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectra technology.The three-dimensional fluorescence contour map of different proportions of adulterated oil were analyzed.The study found that the contour spectral range was gradually reduced with the increase of adulterated proportions and eventually tended to swill oil,and the corresponding excitation range,emission range and fluorescence intensity also changed accordingly.The results showed that it was feasible to detect rapeseed oil adulterated swill oil by three-dimensional fluorescence spectra technology.
