摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立后,随着土地改革运动的完成,农民获得新的生产资料,生产热情高涨,农业生产力得到解放。但是传统的农业生产工具和落后的生产方式已经不能满足人们的生产生活需求,农业经济无法满足国家工业化的发展需要。因此,增补原有农具、推广新式农具、改进农业技术成为满足农民生产的迫切需要。同时,帮助农民解决生活困难,对于推进国家现代化发展尤为重要。山西作为我国农业生产的重要地区,积极响应中央政府号召,大力推动农业发展,在农业生产工具的推广过程中使国家政策深入基层,在此过程中,农民的生产观念发生转变,生活质量得到改善,农业生产力持续提高,从而为国家工业建设提供了重要基础,有效促进新中国成立初期国民经济的恢复和发展。After the founding of the People′s Republic of China,with the completion of the land reform movement,farmers gained new means of production,their enthusiasm for production increased,and agricultural productivity was liberated.However,traditional agricultural production tools and backward production methods can no longer meet the needs of people′s production and life,and the agricultural economy cannot meet the development needs of the country′s industrialization.Therefore,supplementing the original farming tools,promoting new farming tools,and improving agricultural technology had become urgent needs for farmers′production.At the same time,helping farmers solve their difficulties in life was particularly important for advancing the modernization of the country.As an important area for agricultural production in China,Shanxi Province actively responded to the call of the central government to vigorously promote agricultural development.In the process of spreading agricultural production tools,the national policy had been introduced to the grassroots level.In this process,farmers′production concepts changed,the quality of their life was improved,and agricultural productivity continued to increase,thus providing an important foundation for national industrial construction,and effectively promoting the recovery and development of the national economy in the early days of the founding of New China.
