摘 要:以苯酚和木薯淀粉为原材料、硫酸为催化剂,通过单因素对照试验,研究了苯酚与木薯淀粉的液固比、硫酸用量与液化时间对木薯淀粉苯酚液化产物的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了木薯淀粉苯酚液化产物的化学官能团及化学反应,并通过X射线衍射法(XRD)分析研究了液化参数因素对液化产物结晶度及结晶形态的影响。结果表明:随着液固比、硫酸用量的增大,液化时间的延长,残渣率及液化产物结晶度降低,但结晶度在液化时间至3 h后不再下降;在酸性条件下木薯淀粉经苯酚液化后,残渣率均在0.32%以下,木薯淀粉液化产物在红外谱图中1602、1515 cm-1附近有吸收峰,表明苯环上发生了取代反应;木薯淀粉在苯酚中液化后,X射线中有衍射峰消失,结晶度下降明显,结晶形态遭到破坏。Phenol and cassava starch were used as raw materials,and sulfuric acid was used as catalyst.The effect of liquid-solid ratio,sulfuric acid dosage and liquefaction time on the products of cassava starch under phenol were studied by single factor control experiment.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to analyze the chemical functional groups and reactions of cassava starch liquefaction products under phenol.And the effects of liquefaction parameters on crystallinity and crystal morphology of cassava starch liquefaction products were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results showed that with the increase of liquid-solid ratio and sulfuric acid dosage and the extension of liquefaction time,the residual rate and the crystallinity of liquefied products decreased.However,the crystallinity did not decrease even the liquefaction time reaches 3 h.The residue rates of cassava starch through phenol liquefaction were all less than 0.32%under acidic conditions.The absorption peaks of cassava starch liquefaction products were found near 1602 cm-1 and 1515 cm-1 in the infrared spectrum,which indicated that substitution reaction took place on the benzene ring.X-ray diffraction peaks disappeared,crystallinity decreased significantly,and crystal form was destroyed after the liquefaction of cassava starch under phenol.
