摘　　要：针对高职扩招的社会人员文化基础参差不齐、学习时间有限、学习诉求多样化等问题,开展“食品分析检测”课程教学改革,构建了“线上线下混合式”O2O教学模式,以提升扩招专业教学的时效性和适应性,对同类扩招专业教学改革起到示范和指导作用。Aiming at the problems of uneven cultural foundation, limited learning time and diversification of learning demands of social people in enrollment expansion, teaching reform of food analysis and detection has been conducted. The blended teaching mode of online to offline is constructed so as to improve the timeliness and adaptability of specialized course’ teaching, and play an exemplary and guiding role in the teaching reform of similar majors in enrollment expansion.
