摘　　要：思想政治教育应是贯穿高职院校各科教育的主线,高职院校在大学生创业与就业指导课程中融入思政元素具有十分重要的意义,能够培养大学生的就业与创业意识,提高大学生就业与创业能力。文章简述大学生创业与就业指导课程融入思政元素的必要性,并从几个方面探讨大学生创业与就业指导课程融入思政元素的有效措施,希望以此能够提高大学生创业与就业指导课程教学质量,帮助大学生确立正确的职业理想和职业目标,更好地培养高素质的应用型人才。Ideological and political education should be the main line running through all subjects of higher vocational colleges.It is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to integrate ideological and political elements into college students'entrepreneurship and employment guidance courses,which can cultivate college students'employment and entrepreneurship awareness and improve college students'employment and entrepreneurship ability.This paper briefly describes the necessity of integrating ideological and political elements into college students'entrepreneurship and employment guidance courses,and discusses the effective measures of integrating ideological and political elements into college students'entrepreneurship and employment guidance courses from several aspects,hoping to improve the teaching quality of college students'entrepreneurship and employment guidance courses and help college students establish correct career ideals and career goals,better cultivate high-quality applied talents.
