浅谈高校青年教师导师制培养过程信息化管理的途径和意义

摘　　要：文章就高等中医药院校附属临床医学院在前期青年教师导师制培养工作开展过程中切实存在的信息衰竭、反馈不及时、工作效率低下等问题,对通过创新性地设计和研发青年教师导师制培养管理系统,有效实现高校青年教师导师制培养全过程信息化管理的途径及必要性进行了详细探究,并经实际应用证实,高校青年教师导师制培养全过程信息化管理成效和意义显著。In this paper,problems such as information failure,delayed feedback and low work efficiency existed in the early stage of the young teachers’tutorial system training in the clinical medical college affiliated to Chinese medicine colleges and universities were discussed,and the innovative design and development of the young teachers’tutorial system training management system was proposed.This paper explores in detail the ways and necessity of effectively realizing the informatization management of the whole process of the training of young teachers’tutorial system in colleges and universities,and proves that the effect and significance of the informatization management of the whole process of the training of young teachers’tutorial system in colleges and universities are significant.
