日粮添加茶氨酸对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及抗氧化性能的影响

摘  要:文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平的茶氨酸对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及抗氧化性能的影响。试验将396只体重为(42.12±0.20)g的1日龄肉仔鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复22只。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,T1和T2组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮+0.5和1mg/kgL-茶氨酸。经过为期42d的饲养试验后测定相关指标。结果:与对照组相比,T1和T2组42d肉鸡体重分别显著提高3.23%和2.90%(P<0.05)。对照组22~42d及1~42d肉鸡的料重比较T1组分别显著提高3.77%和2.70%(P<0.05)。T1和T2组肉鸡的屠宰率较对照组分别显著提高1.77%和1.52%(P<0.05),而T1组腿肌重和屠宰后24hpH较对照组分别显著提高5.98%和2.31%(P<0.05)。T1组肉色L值较对照组显著降低3.73%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,T1组肌肉超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高7.45%(P<0.05),但丙二醛水平显著降低17.04%(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,日粮添加0.5mg/kgL-茶氨酸可以提高42d肉鸡的末重和饲料效率,改善肌肉品质和肌肉抗氧化性能。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of theanine supplementation at different levels on growth performance,meat quality and antioxidant activity of broilers.A total of 3961-d broilers with body weight of(42.12±0.20)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 22 broilers per replicate.Broilers in control group were fed basal diet,and those in T1 and T2 groups were fed basal diet+0.5 and 1 mg/kg L-theanine.After 42 d feeding experiment,the related indexes were determined.Results:Compared with the control group,the body weight of broilers in T1 and T2 groups on 42 days was significantly increased by 3.23%and 2.90%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed/gain of broilers in control group was significantly increased by 3.77%and 2.70%in T1 group during 22~42 days and 1~42 days,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the slaughter percentage of broilers in groups T2 and T3 was significantly increased by 1.77%and 1.52%(P<0.05),respectively,while the leg muscle weight and pH value at 24 h after slaughter in groups T1 were significantly increased by 5.98%and 2.31%(P<0.05),respectively.The L value of flesh color in T1 group was significantly decreased by 3.73%compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in muscle of T1 group was significantly increased by 7.45%(P<0.05),but the malondialdehyde level was significantly decreased by 17.04%(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the condition of this study,0.5 mg/kg L-theanine supplementation can increase final weight and feed efficiency,improve muscle quality and antioxidant capacity of broilers at 42 days.
