摘  要:现代学徒制是后工业时代职业教育为满足产业调整升级、培育工匠精神、实现制造强国的制度建设,它和以往传统学徒制最大的区别就在于是主动、有效率且有规范的新型学徒制。随着市场经济的不断成熟,亟需构建市场导向、高技能应用人才的培养体系模式,然而目标不论是从企业的认知层面、学校的实践层面,还是行业的规范等方面出发,现代学徒制建设所培育出的人才与市场实际需要的高端技能人才还有很大缺口,需要市场(即雇主)、培训机构(学校等)、师徒等各方利益价值的相互确认,由此才能在不断成熟的市场机制下,培育出具有终身教育性的大国工匠和历久弥新的工匠精神。Modern apprenticeship is a post-industrial vocational education system for industrial adjustment and upgrading,cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship,and achieving a strong manufacturing country.The biggest difference between it and the traditional apprenticeship is that it is a new type of apprentice that is active,efficient and standardized.system.With the continuous maturity of the market economy,there is an urgent need for a market-oriented,high-skilled application talent training system model.However,the goal is no matter from the cognitive level of the enterprise,the practical level of the school,the standard of the industry,etc.,modern apprentice There is still a big gap between the talents and the high-end skilled talents that the market actually needs.The market(employers),training institutions(schools,etc.),mentors and apprentices,etc.,must mutually confirm the interests and values of each party.Under the mechanism,cultivated craftsmen of a great country with life-long education and a time-honored craftsman spirit.
