摘  要:创新团队是科技创新工作的中坚力量,能否建立高效的团队创新体系将直接影响着科技事业的发展.江苏省农业科学院党员在科技人员中的占比较高,作为先锋队有效发挥其模范引领作用,将有助于创新目标的实现.文章对党员先锋模范作用的内涵进行了深刻剖析,并结合调研,了解广大党员和普通群众的科研价值观,研究他们对党建工作的态度和看法,查找影响党员先锋模范作用发挥的主要因素,在此基础上提出了符合新时代科研单位特点的团队党建工作新思路,以期为科研院所基层党支部开展团队建设提供参考.The innovation team is the backbone of scientific and technological innovation work.Whether an efficient team innovation system can be established will directly affect the development of scientific and technological undertakings.The party members of our college account for a relatively high proportion of scientific and technological personnel.As a vanguard,how to effectively play its exemplary and leading role will help achieve the innovation goals.Through a deep analysis of the connotation of the exemplary vanguard role of party members,combined with investigations,the scientific research values of the broad masses of party members and ordinary people were understood,their attitudes and views on party building work studied,and main factors affecting the exemplary vanguard role of party members found.On the basis of this,new ideas for team building work in line with the characteristics of scientific research units in the new era were put forward,which can be used as a reference for grassroots party branches of scientific research institutes to carry out team building.
