摘 要:装配式建筑以高效、节能、优质等优势成为建筑现代化主要发展方向之一。传统的人才培养,各专业相互孤立,课程体系陈旧,使得学生人才能力单一,缺乏能力拓展和创新,无法适应装配式建筑发展变化。为此,高职院校要构建合理的装配式专业群,通过行、校、企产教深度融合,精准定位人才培养目标,建立“岗课证赛”融通课程体系,打造数字化课程资源平台,实施全过程考核评价,才能培养合格的装配式建筑人才。Prefabricated construction has become one of the main development directions of architectural modernization with advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and high quality.In the traditional talent training,all majors are isolated from each other and the curriculum system is outdated,and students lack the ability of development and innovation.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should construct reasonable prefabricated professional group,integrate industries,schools,enterprises and education,precisely locate the talent training target,establish the integrated curriculum system of"post,course,certificate and competition",create digital curriculum resource platform,and implement the assessment and evaluation,so as to cultivate qualified prefabricated construction talents.
