摘　　要：高职院校党的建设和思政教育协同育人是立德树人的根本方向。通过理清高职院校党的建设和思想政治教育的关系,明确高职院校党建与思政教育协同育人的重要性,分析协同育人过程中存在的问题,提出坚持党建引领、深化课程改革、强化文化建设、创新实践载体的探索研究,种好党建和思政的责任田,合力实现育人目标。Party construction and ideological and political education are the fundamental direction of morality education in higher vocational colleges.By clarifying the relationship between Party construction and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,the paper defines the importance of collaborative education,and analyzes the problems in collaborative education.It proposes adhering to the guidance of party construction,deepening curriculum reform,strengthening cultural construction and innovating in practice carrier,and working together to achieve the goal of education.
