摘　　要：开放式创新社区是企业与用户互动的网络平台,为了从海量的社区用户中精准识别出领先用户,利用爬虫软件爬取用户在社区的留言及评论信息,通过自然语言分析技术把它与已发生的技术发展趋势进行比对,根据其准确度和前瞻度得出用户的“领先系数”,从而识别出领先用户。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。Open innovation community is a network platform for enterprises to interact with users.In order to accurately identify the leading users from a large number of community users,crawler software is used to crawl the users’messages and comments in the community,and natural language analysis technology is used to compare it with the existing technology development trend.According to its accuracy and foresight,the“leading coefficient”of users is obtained,so as to identify the leading users.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
