摘　　要：新时代下,习近平总书记提出的“八个相统一”重要论述为思想政治理论课的改革创新指明了方向。该文以“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程为例,从课程在教学中存在的问题出发,提出应结合“八个相统一”理论,在教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价上进行改革创新,充分体现高职教育教学特点,探索高职思政课新形态教学改革实践,切实增强高职思政课教学实效,以期为高职思政课教学改革提供参考。In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition of“eight unities”points out the direction for the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses.Taking the course of“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law”as an example,starting from the problems existing in the teaching of the course,this paper proposes that it is necessary to combine the theory of“eight unities”to reform and innovate the teaching concept,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation,fully reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education and teaching,and explore the teaching reform and practice of new forms of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,so as to effectively improve the actual effect of higher vocational ideological and political courses,and provide reference for the teaching reform of higher vocational ideological and political courses.
