摘　　要：Recently,two article papers(Chu et al.1 and Roberts et al.2)were published describing that autocrine regulation mediated by the choline acetyltransferase(ChAT)-acetylcholine(ACh)is critical for optimal Group 2 innate lymphoid cell(ILC2)responses during helminth infection and allergen challenge.
