从《七家诊治伏邪方案》谈晚清吴门医派伏暑诊治特色

摘　　要：吴门医派为中医发展史上一个重要的学术流派,温病学说即形成、兴盛于此,历代吴门医家通过医疗实践,从病因病机到辨证施治,不断丰富温病学说的理论体系,为中医学的发展做出了重要贡献,而反映其学术理论的主要载体即是医案。《七家诊治伏邪方案》作为清末吴中名医会诊伏暑的病案实录,集中展现了晚清吴门医派温病诊疗的最高水平,蕴藏了丰富的理论经验,具有较高的学术价值。本文试从该方案入手,分析伏暑夹湿为患、发病似疟、变证多端等发病特点,并总结了晚清吴门医派诊治伏暑的经验特色,如注重扶正达邪、提倡清运中焦、病后注重养阴苏胃等。书中诸家方案思路清晰,脉证详备,立法严谨,用药轻灵,且方随病转、药随证易、临机而断,颇具匠心,其诊治思路和用药方法值得研究并参考。As an academic school of significant importance in the history of traditional Chinese medicine development,WU medical school made great contributions to the development of traditional Chinese medicine,from which theory of epidemic febrile disease birthed and prosper,with etiology and pathogenesis to diagnosis and treatment through practice from medical experts of all dynasties,and The main carrier that reflects his academic theory is the medical cases.Qi Jia Zhen Zhi Fu Xie Fang An,as a medical record of the consultation of famous doctors in Wuzhong in the late Qing Dynasty,it shows the highest level of the diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases in the WU medical school in the late Qing Dynasty,contains rich theoretical experience and has high academic value.Based on this scheme,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the onset of summer heat,such as dampness and overcrowding,malaria-like disease and multiple syndromes,and summarizes the experience and characteristics of the treatment of summer heat by the WU medical school in the late Qing Dynasty,such as focusing on strengthening the body resistance to reach evil,promoting the removal of middle Jiao,and focusing on nourishing Yin and awaking stomach after the disease.The prescriptions in the book are clear,the pulse and syndrome are detailed,the legislation is rigorous,the medication is light,and the prescription changes with the disease,which is quite ingenious.Its diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication methods are worth studying and referring to.
