摘　　要：我国目前卫生法学教学的课程设置针对性不强、教学吸引力不够和理论与实践结合不足。而医事法学教学中精心筛选出来的个案全过程案例分析法,通过“设置个案-分析个案-解决个案”三个步骤,让医学生以角色扮演的方式分析讨论案例,可让学生真正理解相关的法律问题并能将所学知识运用于将来的实践。At present,the curriculum setting of health law teaching in China is not well targeted,teaching attrac⁃tion is not enough and the combination of theory and practice is insufficient.The whole process case analysis meth⁃od,which is carefully selected in medical law teaching,allows medical students to analyze and discuss cases in a role-playing way by setting three steps of"case setting-case analysis-case solution",so that students can truly un⁃derstand relevant legal issues and apply what they have learned to future practice.
