摘　　要：随着物流行业的发展,物流包装材料的安全性能引起社会关注,其快递包装材料问题尤其突出,主要根据当前我国食品冷链物流发展现状及食品冷链物流所使用的包装材料特征,分析食品冷链物流在环保包装、可循环使用包装方面的安全理念,建立起包装材料的安全评价体系。借鉴了食品安全标准及质量管理方法,验证我国食品冷链物流平台设计及包装材料安全体系方法。With the development of the logistics industry,the safety performance of logistics packaging materials has aroused social concern,and the problem of express packaging materials is particularly prominent.Based on the current development status of China’s food cold chain logistics and the characteristics of packaging materials used in food cold chain logistics,this paper analyzes the safety concept of food cold chain logistics in terms of environmental protection packaging and recyclable packaging,and establishes the safety evaluation system of packaging materials.Draw lessons from food safety standards and quality management methods to verify China’s food cold chain logistics platform design and packaging material safety system method.
