摘 要:将全面质量管理理论运用到高校研究生教育,以翻译硕士专业学位研究生培养为例,指出研究生的全面质量管理应该坚持“以顾客为中心”的原则,以质量持续改进为目标,注重全员参与的全过程、全方位质量管理。质量评估体系除统一的国家标准外,还包括根据自身定位制定的内部质量评估体系。In order to maintain the balance of the scale and quality and explore a scientific and effective quality management system of graduate students,this paper transplants the theory of total quality management into postgraduate education by taking the postgraduate training for the master's degree in translation as an example,and points out that total quality management for postgraduates should adhere to the principle of"customer-centered",take the continuous improvement of quality as the goal,and pay attention to the whole process and all-round quality management with the participation of all staff.In addition to the unified national standard,an internal quality assessment system can be formulated according to their own positioning.
