摘　　要：本文以吉林农业大学风景园林专业为例,从教学、师资、校企合作等方面进行研究。应用型风景园林个性化人才培养模式的关键是学生如何在学习中掌握学以致用的本领,“双师型”教学队伍的配套建设以及校企合作机制的形成与完善对风景园林专业个性化人才的培养模式的探讨具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper takes the landscape architecture major of Jilin Agricultural University as an example,including teach⁃ing,teachers,school and enterprise cooperation.The key to the personalized talent training mode of applied landscape garden is how to master the skills they have learned in learning.The supporting construction of"double-teacher"teaching team and the formation and improvement of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism have certain reference significance for the discus⁃sion of the cultivation mode of professional landscape garden talents.
