摘 要:针对"供应链管理"课程教学中课堂互动效果欠佳、学生解决实际问题能力不足、缺乏对政策与行业动态的了解等问题,开展课程教学教学改革,坚持以学生为中心,采用混合模式、BOPPPS教学模式与学赛互动模式,弹性施教;运用案例讨论、任务驱动、情景模拟等多种教学方法,促进学生从"做"中"学";全过程、全方位综合评价学习成绩。教学反馈证明该教学模式有一定成效,值得推广。In view of the teaching problems of supply chain management course, such as poor classroom interaction, insufficient ability of the students in solving practical problems, and lack of understanding of policy and industry dynamics, we carried out teaching reform for the course. Adhering to the student-centered principle, we implemented individualized teaching modes, including multiple teaching mode,including blending learning mode, BOPPPS teaching mode, and interaction mode of learning and competition. Besides, we used various teaching methods, such as cases discussion, task-driven, scenario simulation and so on to promote the students’ learning ability through working. Also, we evaluated students’ academic performance comprehensively, covering all aspects and links.
