摘 要:食品体系优先考虑效率和盈利能力,虽然效率很高,但世界上仍有8.21亿人遭受饥饿。文章采用因子分析法和网络DEA模型对当前的食品体系和优化的食品体系进行评价,并在此基础上采用灰色预测模型和元胞自动机进行预测和模拟。结果表明,如果粮食系统的效率得到优化,经济发展子系统的效率就会下降;发展中国家和发达国家之间存在差异。预测优化后的食品系统可在两年内实现。Recent events have found that the food system prioritizes efficiency and profitability.While efficient,821 million people in the world still suffer from hunger.Due to the huge environmental damage caused by the food system,the environmental problems become more and more serious.In this paper,the factor analysis method and network DEA model are used to evaluate the current food system and the optimized food system.At the same time,on the basis of the evaluation,the grey prediction model and cellular automata are used for prediction and simulation.The results show that if the efficiency of food system is optimized,the efficiency of economic development subsystem will decrease.There are differences between developing and developed countries.It is predicted that the optimized food system can be realized within 2 years.
