摘　　要：在介绍文化与多元文化护理、文化敏感性与文化胜任力及儿童安宁疗护的基础上,对国内外相关文献进行综述,从六个方面阐述多元文化对于儿童安宁疗护实践的影响,包括病情告知及决策、语言与非语言的交流、对疼痛的理解和管理、对治疗的选择及精神照护、对疾病和死亡的理解、死亡仪式和死亡地点的选择。在儿童安宁疗护中,医务人员要具有文化敏感性与文化胜任力,了解不同文化的特征,使用恰当的沟通技巧,以提高对患儿和家庭的照护质量。On the basis of an introduction to culture and multi-cultural nursing,cultural sensitivity and cultural competence,and pediatric hospice care,the influence of multi-culture on the practice of pediatric palliative care is discussed from six aspects,including truth disclosure and decision-making,verbal and non-verbal communication,perception and management of pain,choice of treatment and mental care,perception of illness and death,and death rites and places.In pediatric hospice care,medical staff should possess cultural sensitivity and cultural competence,understand the characteristics of different cultures,and use appropriate communication skills to improve the quality of care for child patients and families.
