摘 要:将协同学理论应用于科教融合协同育人研究领域,在分析科教融合协同育人与协同学理论契合性的基础上,从序参量、控制参量、自组织演化等方面阐述了实施科教融合协同育人的内在机理。研究表明,科教融合协同育人与协同学理论具有良好的契合性。采用协同学理论解析科教融合协同育人的内在机理,有助于深入理解其协同育人机制,促进高校、科研院所的深度融合。科教融合协同育人系统将趋于自组织的有序演化,最终实现协同增效。最后以齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)为例,概述了其科教融合协同育人的阶段性实践探索及成效。The synergetic theory is firstly applied to studying collaborative education with science and education integration(SEI)in the present study.After the fitness analysis SEI collaborative education and synergetic theory,the internal mechanisms of SEI collaborative education are expounded from three aspects including order parameter,control parameter and self-organization evolution.The study reveals that there is an ideal fitness between SEI collaborative education and synergetic theory.The analysis of internal mechanisms of SEI collaborative education with the synergetic theory contributes to a deep understanding of collaborative education mechanism and promotes in-depth integration between universities and research institutes.As a result,the whole SEI collaborative education system tends to an ordered evolution with self-organization and eventually will realize a synergistic effect.At the end of this article,the author summarizes the phased practice and effectiveness of SEI collaborative education with an example of Qilu University of Technology(in collaboration with Shandong Academy of Sciences).
