摘  要:2020年,在宿州市泗县黑塔镇盛源家庭农场进行池塘工程化循环水养殖斑点叉尾鮰试验,共设置4条养殖槽。结果表明:4条养殖槽共收获商品斑点叉尾鮰71554 kg,总产值145.98万元,总投入85.04万元,利润60.94万元,投入产出比1.00∶1.72;水质监测结果良好;斑点叉尾鮰肉质紧致密实、口感好。In 2020,an in-pond raceway system aquaculture experiment of Ictalurus punctatus was carried out at Shengyuan Family Farm in Heita Town,Sixian County,Suzhou City,and a total of 4 breeding tanks were set up.The results showed that 4 breeding tanks harvested a total of 71554 kg of commercial Ictalurus punctatus,with a total output value of 1459800 yuan,a total investment of 850400 yuan,a profit of 609400 yuan,and an input-output ratio of 1.00∶1.72;the water quality monitoring results were good;the meat of Ictalurus punctatus was tight and dense,with a good taste.
