摘　　要：中药栽培作为中药产业的源头,是保障中药材产量和品质的首要环节。近年来,中药栽培人才的匮乏在一定程度上制约了中药产业的发展。本文分析了创新创业背景下中药栽培人才培养的现状,提出“四融合、四优化”人才培养的新模式,以期为培养创新创业背景下的中药栽培人才奠定基础。As the source of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine is the primary link to ensure the yield and quality of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the lack of talents for cultivating Chinese medicine has restricted the development of the Chinese medicine industry to a certain extent.This paper analyzed the status of talent training of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,proposed a new talent training model of"four integration,four optimization",in order to lay the foundation for cultivating Chinese medicine cultivation talents under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship.
