摘  要:目的:研究病例教学法结合3D打印技术在医学影像学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取医院进行临床实习的80名医学影像学专业学生,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40名,对照组给予传统教学模式,观察组采用病例教学法结合3D打印技术。记录比较两组理论成绩(3项考核)、实践成绩(3项考核),对教学质量(5项内容)和学生自我满意度(4项指标)进行评价。结果:观察组理论成绩3项考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.144,t=9.782,t=9.478;P<0.05);观察组实践成绩3项考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.418,t=12.322,t=13.808;P<0.05);观察组教学质量评价5项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.352,t=20.106,t=8.436,t=3.666,t=16.087;P<0.05);观察组学生自我满意度评价4项指标的总满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=9.028,x^(2)=6.050,x^(2)=4.943,x^(2)=9.038;P<0.05)。结论:病例教学法结合3D打印技术在医学影像学教学中应用能够充分调动学生学习积极性,培养学生独立思辨能力,提高教学质量及学生临床实践技能。Objective:To research the application effect of case teaching based on 3D printing in medical imaging teaching.Methods:A total of 80 medical imaging students from the hospital for clinical practice were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 students in each group.The control group was adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group was adopted case teaching based on 3D printing.The theoretical performance,practical performance,teaching quality evaluation and students'self-satisfaction evaluation were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of 3 items in theoretical exam of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.144,t=9.782,t=9.478,P<0.05).The scores of 3 items in practice exam of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.418,t=12.322,t=13.808;P<0.05).The scores of 5 items in teaching quality evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.352,t=20.106,t=8.436,t=3.666,t=16.087,P<0.05).The scores of 4 items in overall satisfaction rate of students'self-satisfaction evaluation of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=9.028,x^(2)=6.050,x^(2)=4.943,x^(2)=9.038,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case teaching based on 3D printing in medical imaging teaching can fully mobilise students’learning enthusiasm,cultivate students’independent thinking ability,and improve teaching quality and students'clinical practice skills.
