摘 要:家庭教育焦虑已在我国成为普遍的社会现象,这与课外补习投入存在一定关联,也是当前"双减"政策出台的重要原因之一。罗洛·梅把家庭教育焦虑分为正常焦虑和过度焦虑。本文围绕"家庭教育焦虑是否会增加课外补习投入"这一核心问题,通过中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)2015年的数据进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)两种家庭教育焦虑对课外补习投入均有正向影响,其中正常焦虑型家庭注重子女"学科类"和"艺体类"双重补习,而过度焦虑型家庭只注重"学科类"补习;(2)经济、文化资本高的家庭更易有正常焦虑,经济、文化资本低的家庭更可能过度焦虑;(3)经济、文化资本高的家庭可通过课外补习投入转化教育过度焦虑,经济、文化资本低的家庭则由于资本的有限性使其陷入过度焦虑的恶性循环;(4)过度焦虑型家庭的教育常会逾越父母爱子的边界。基于以上结论以及对"中国特征"的分析提出完善政府作为外部治理主体的政策引导、强化学校作为中介治理主体的质量保障、提高家庭作为内部治理主体的能力建设等建议,旨在促进教育公平,引导过度焦虑型家庭谨守爱的边界。Family education anxiety has become a common social phenomenon in China,and it is somehow related to extracurricular tutoring input.It is also one of the important reasons that was to introduce the"Double Reduction"policy in recent.According to Rollo May’s anxiety theory,family education anxiety is divided into normal anxiety and excessive anxiety.Focusing on the core issue of"whether family education anxiety is contributing to extra-curricular tutoring input",this study makes an empirical analysis through the data of China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)in 2015.The results show that:(1)Two kinds of family education anxiety have a positive impact on the extra-curricular tutoring input,in which the normal anxious family pays attention to their children’s"academic"and"art and sports"double tutoring,while the excessive anxious family only pays attention to"academic"tutoring.(2)Families with high economic and cultural capital are more prone to normal anxiety,and families with low economic and cultural capital are more likely to be excessive anxious;(3)Families with high economic and cultural capital can transform their excessive anxious in education through extra-curricular tutoring input,while families with low economic and cultural capital fall into a vicious circle of excessive anxious due to their limited capital;(4)The education of excessive anxious families often goes beyond the love boundary between parents and children.Based on the above conclusions and"Chinese Characteristics",this paper puts forward three suggestions:improving the policy guidance of the government as the external governance subject,strengthening the quality assurance of the school as the intermediary governance subject,and enhancing the capacity building of the family as the internal governance subject aiming to promote education equity and guide the excessive anxious families to keep the love boundary.
