摘　　要：专业技术岗位序列改革是中国石油三项制度改革的重要内容,是企业实施人才发展战略的有效途径,也是建设高素质科技人才队伍的重要举措。洞穿科技人员晋级“天花板”,将科技人员晋级“独木桥”变成“双通道”“多通道”,是专业技术岗位序列改革的本质特征。实践表明,这项改革在拓宽专业科技人员职业发展通道、激发队伍创新活力、深化三项制度改革等方面发挥了重要作用。Breaking through the "ceiling" of the promotion of scientific and technological personnel and turning the promotion of "single-plank bridge" of scientific and technological personnel into"dual-channel" and "multi-channel" are the essential characteristics of the reform of the professional and technical post sequence.Practice has shown that this reform has played an important role in broadening professional scientific and technical personnel career development channels,stimulating the innovative vitality of the team,and deepening the reform of the three systems.
