摘  要:目的:建立一种同时测定豆芽中两种生长调节剂4-氯苯氧乙酸和6-苄基腺嘌呤的方法。方法:以市售豆芽为样品,用酸性乙腈提取后,提取液经优化的分散固相萃取(QuEChERS)快速前处理技术净化后直接经液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定,并利用自动关联扫描模式对低丰度目标物定性,以便假阳性的筛查。结果:豆芽中的两种生长调节剂4-氯苯氧乙酸和6-苄基腺嘌呤经提取净化后,测试线性良好,相关系数大于0.99,定量限为10μg/kg。加标10-50μg/kg时回收率为85.1%~92.1%,RSD为0.35%~1.18%。结论:此方法操作简单、灵敏度高、准确度高,能快速检测出豆芽中的4-氯苯氧乙酸,6-苄基腺嘌呤。Objective:A method was established for determination of 4-chlorophenoxyaceticacid and 6-benzylaminopurine in bean sprouts respectively.Methods:Take commercial bean sprouts as samples,the bean sprouts were extracted with acidic acetonitrile.The extract was purified by fast pre-processing technology of QuEChERS and determined by equipment of LC-MS/MS.And the low abundance target was analyzed qualitatively for false positive screening by auto-associated scan mode of instrument.Results:4-Chlorophenoxyaceticacid and 6-benzylaminopurine in bean sprouts were extracted and purified,the test linearity was good,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99 and the quantitative limit was 10μg/kg.The recovery was 85.1%-92.1% and RSD was 0.35%-1.18% when the concentration was 10-50 μg/kg.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.The 4-chlorophenoxyaceticacid and 6-benzylaminopurine was detected quickly in bean sprouts.
